Case Study: Golf Promotion Sells Homes
Predicament
In a campaign to attract retired and soon to retire seniors, an exclusive golf resort created special dates for open houses. Each event would include a free nine hole golf tournament with a tour of the model homes that overlooked the course prior to the start. They wanted a promotional product that would help leave a lasting impression after the event was over.


Solution
The resort choose to have Mirage tee packs printed with their logo and the phrase "Remember the 4 Tees: Take Time Today & Tomorrow and Make Each Day Count!" Every golfer in the tournaments was given a kit that included the tee packs.


Results
The golf course and surrounding homes sold quickly. The goal of attracting a solid group of potential buyers as they enjoyed a fun-filled day was successfully met. A total of 23 homes and approximately 100 memberships were sold - exceeding their goal by a wide margin. The Mirage Tee Pack was an instant hit that reminded the attendees of the event and membership options.
