Case Study: Promotional Item Increases School Safety
Predicament
The administrator of a large public school system was looking for a way to update and upgrade the school's emergency preparedness program, following a poorly executed fire drill. They also needed a way to make sure all students and faculty were better educated on the school's policies and procedures.

Solution
After discussing the project with their promotional products distributor, the school decided to purchase the 6-pocket EZ Reference™ Flip Chart. This flip chart system allowed the school to design and print their emergency preparedness information in-house on regular paper stock that is inserted into the tiered pockets. The flip charts were then hung in each classroom next to the phone, giving teachers quick access to exact instructions for any possible emergency situation.

Results
The school was thrilled with this purchase, as they were able to provide a safer environment for their students. Additionally, they are able to change their procedure information on a timelier basis, without having to reprint complete handbooks. They simply replace the changed insert. The vinyl flip charts are durable and will be reusable for many years to come, making them a smart choice from both a safety and a budget perspective.
